About the event
Workout will start at about 3:30 pm
Please bring your swimsuit, *beach shoes, *life jackets if needed, towels, lawn/beach chairs, change of clothes, sweatshirt, sunscreen, bug spray and beach toys.
(*No lifeguard will be on duty and the beach has not been combed.)
Sign up so we have a general head count for the main entree. Also please indicate what dish you’ll bring to pass and to provide other supplies. **BYO all drinks
Jeff said that anyone is welcome to stop out earlier and enjoy the beach if you’d like.
